We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on, construction oriented Project Manager for our Baltimore branch office.  Responsibilities include strong field management, estimating, generating innovative repair solutions, cost management, negotiating contracts and material purchases, scheduling, managing subcontractors & equipment, developing client relationships and delivering safety and quality control to our job sites.  Previous experience with a self-performing concrete contractor is a plus.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in project management and have leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others. Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to work in a quickly changing open team environment are also required.  A Civil Engineering degree is preferred. EOE.
