We are looking for an experienced, technically astute, hands-on, operations-oriented Vice President of Manufacturing for our Dallas, TX branch office. Responsibilities include support and leadership of our plant operations and a plant staff of approximately 20 people.  You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the plant - ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered to the jobsites and clients in a timely, cost effective and safe manner. Seven to ten years of management experience in a manufacturing and production distribution environment is required. The successful candidate will also possess strong purchasing, negotiation and customer service skills.  Working knowledge of manufacturing and hydraulic equipment and the desire to be a "hands-on" leader and player are desirable.
