We are looking for a hands-on Division Manager to provide leadership and vision to our High Rise Division located in Hawthorne, NJ. You will actively participate in managing day-to-day operations, including: Business Planning, Business Development, P& L, Contract Management, Risk Management, Human Resources, Collections, Job Cost, Cash Flow Analysis, and Resource Management. Other responsibilities include strong field management , estimating, generating innovative repair solutions, cost management, negotiating contracts and material purchases, scheduling, managing subcontractors & equipment, developing client relationships and delivering safety and quality control to our job sites. Previous experience with a self-performing concrete and/or masonry contractor is preferred. Knowledge of highrise access and rigging is also a plus. 10+ years of construction management experience demonstrating in-depth knowledge of job financial management systems and contract terms & conditions is required. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, and strong analytical skills. EOE.
