We are looking for a highly experienced, technically astute, hands-on, operations-oriented Engineering Manager for our Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. A Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.  Must have a minimum of 5 years of engineering and supervisory experience as well as post-tensioning exposure.  Must have leadership skills to effectively train, mentor, assemble and motivate the engineering/detailing team. Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to work in a quickly changing open team environment are also required.
