We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on, construction oriented Project Manager for our Hartford, CT branch office, which focuses primarily on the design, construction, and repair of chimneys, stacks, and silos.  Responsibilities include strong field management, cost management, negotiation skills, scheduling, management of subcontractors & equipment, management of client relationships, estimating, and the delivery of a safe and quality oriented job site. Must have 5+ years experience in project management and have leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others. Individual must posses excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a quickly changing open team environment. Experience w/ a self-performing contractor is a plus.  Some extended travel may be required.
