Located near Union Square, 215 Park Avenue South needed repairs based on Local Law 11. STRUCTURAL performed on all elevations of the building including the north, west, east, south, courtyards, main roof, main entrance modification, and cornice refurbishment.
Work was performed with Industrial Rope Access (IRA), suspended scaffolding, and pipe scaffolding. The scope of work consisted of terra cotta replacement with GFRC and micro cotta. Additional work included stone patching, pinning, pointing, and stone crack repair, brick replacement & repointing, anchor removal, window panning, stucco, stone window sill replacement, lintel replacement, corner stabilization, and much more.
