Originally a coating repair project was scheduled to take place over a 10-day period. Due to the high foot traffic of the structure, the client wanted to prioritize minimizing disturbances to its patrons.

A parking structure showed signs of leaks and cracks due to the age of its coating and improper drain maintenance.
Originally a coating repair project was scheduled to take place over a 10-day period. Due to the high foot traffic of the structure, the client wanted to prioritize minimizing disturbances to its patrons.
STRUCTURAL used their expertise to develop a three-day, fast-track repair that would also provide a 10-year warranty. By creating an alternative project schedule, STRUCTURAL completed the project during the weekend, minimizing the structure’s downtime during peak times.
Repairs consisted of removing the existing waterproof membrane and installing a new cove sealant with urethane caulk at the vertical to horizontal intersections. STRUCTURAL’s experience helped the client save time, money, and minimize downtime.
